Room 6590???

Greetings all! We just booked our 4 night cruise for 1/15/06. I can't tell you how informative this board has been for us.

We've reserved cabin 6590 and was just wondering if anyone else has stayed in this one on the Wonder? Also, the deck plan shows a small space between this cabin and the next, anyone know what that is?

I did go up and see this area while on our Wonder cruise. It seemed fine, midship, close to laundry but not too close. I didn't hear any unusual noises either. Not sure about that space, didn't notice it. We booked 6592 for our Magic 1/14/06 cruise after looking. I think our friends took 6590.

We had 6088 on the Magic which was on the other side (port). The little space you see is just for electronics wiring. You lose the little bump out that holds the sea chest. Nothing big at all. You are close to the laundry, whether that is good or bad is up to you. Have fun.

Yikes. Does that affect 6592 as well? Do you lose the chest too? Is it noisey?

okay, answering my own question. Looking at the deck plan, the space is between 6590 & 6588. Doesn't interfere with 6592.

THEWOG -- Thanks for the info. I called Disney and they moved us to 6586.

You're welcome. I didn't want to scare anyone. You don't lose the chest, you just lose the little recess in the wall that it fits into. We didn't notice a real difference.
