We just got back (a week ago) from a 4-night in 2562. We did hear the stabilizers quite a bit (at least, that's what we assume they were--mechanical buzzing, short duration, mostly in port), but they weren't enough to keep us awake or disturb us in any way. We very rarely heard hallway noise except during stuff like the mandatory assembly drill or when they were removing luggage on the last night.
We loved the midship location--very convenient. Deck 2 was low, but the ship simply isn't THAT big. I would definitely choose the same room all over again!
Depending on the duration of your cruise and the size of your party, here's my feedback.
1. We had about 15 hangers in our closet. For our party of 3 (2 adults, 1 DS6), we had PLENTY of hangers. I had brought a handful of wire hangers but so did not need them.
2. 2562 on the Wonder includes a steamer trunk. We put my folding stuff in the "dresser" drawers, DH's in the steamer trunk, and DS's in one side of the desk drawers. We still had another set of drawers on the other side of the desk we never used.
3. The bathroom with the toilet had corner shelves that turned out to be plenty for our toiletries. Both bathrooms had a thin shelf above the sink that ran the length of the mirror. Unless you just have a ton of potions and lotions, I'm thinking you may have plenty of room. We never needed our over-the-door organizer.
4. The curtains that separate the "bedroom" from the sitting area did not close completely. They were DESIGNED that way! With about a 2" gap.

Thank goodness we were carrying a chip clip!
5. Our "beverage cooler" had no shelves. Stacking water bottles etc. was difficult.
If you are on the Wonder, PM me and I'll send photos!
