room 2032 question

Why is room 2032 on the noisy list but not 2030? it appears that we will have both of these rooms. thanks

I was wondering the same thing. We will have 2018, 2020, 2022, 2024, 2028, 2030, and 2032 and 2032 is the only room on the Noisy List.
