Anyone been up there? have any pictures? I'm dying to know what it's like and what the view is like.

We will be staying at BLT in September and we are DVC so we will make use of it. but I would LOVE to see some pictures if there are any you'd like to share

TIA

I don't have pictures but we enjoy it when we stay at BLT. It is nice and relaxing and we go up, have a drink, and then watch the fireworks.

Just there over XMAS, but to be honest our room view was so good that we didnt go up another few floors except a couple times. Thought I had some more inside-will look.

Little semi-private area off to the side.....I would say 8 people would fit VERY comfortably in there...

OH wow very nice. so it's like a bar and everything. Kids are allowed up too?

another weird question. how loud would you say the fireworks are? My daughter has sensitive ears and I was just wondering how loud it would be.

kids are allowed and the firework noise isn't bad at all, no different than being in the park as they are shot off. they pipe in the soundtrack played at mk on the deck speakers. it's an awesome experience. my kids loved it and my son is also sensitive to loud noises.

you need to check in with the cm in the blt lobby to access totwl and must be a dvc member staying on points. allow 5-10 minutes to get up there as the cm may not be at the desk and there is only 1 elevator with totwl access.

Also CH 20 on the TV runs the music as well so we turned it up and sat on the balcony-it was great.

The noise is a little less because of the distance.

They do have a small food menu as well up there.

Oh good. yeah it's hard to tell from the pictures how far away it actually is but if the noise is at least a little less then my DD should be ok. we are going to bring earplugs for her anyway that will at least cut some noise out on rides and parades and such.

I'm excited. I also just found out about the parade on the lake. didn't know aobut that before. that will be nice

When you look at Vellamint's fireworks pics above-it looks about like that distance, but yet when you look at the castle with the naked eye-it will look closer than those pics portray IMO. You can see closer detail than those show. But yes, you are plenty far away for noise reduction.

Great photos everyone. Makes us all want to stay there just to check that out! :)
