I am interested in trying a Ronto Wrap at DHS; however, I have a flaxseed allergy. How can I find out the ingredients in the pita bread they use? Is there a way to do it in advance?

Disney doesn’t publish or release ingredients in advance because they can change. Sometimes they get things substituted or use a different supplier.
The only way to get ingredient information is actually at the park. Tell a cast member that you have allergies and need to speak to a manager. The manager will have a book of ingredients to go over with you.

There is no flaxseed in the bread. It's not actually pita bread either, it's naan. It's just straight up white bread flour, no other grains.

On the app, you can look up the place and look at the menu. If you go to the bottom of the menu, they have allergy friendly items. Ronto wrap is under gluten/wheat allergy friendly, egg allergy friendly, fish/shellfish allergy friendly, milk allergy friendly, peanut/tree nut allergy friendly and soy allergy friendly.

The items listed under the various allergy-friendly options means they can be made to avoid those allergens. So the original (unmodified) Ronto wrap may have the allergen but can be made with different ingredients/methods to avoid that allergen if needed.

Since flaxseed is not one of the common allergens, you should follow what @Random Ninja suggested.

Well, if it's like the naan at Jiko and Sanaa, then there is flaxseed in it. I had a terrible attack after sampling some there.

This is true! I've done this before and been able to avoid it at Food & Wine kiosks and Roarin' Fork. It's just such a pain to go through that process. We are planning on eating a quick meal that day while we are on the go, and I thought that would be an easy one to eat quickly while walking. I guess I was hoping to save some time.

Yes, none of those menus help me since my allergy is none of those common allergens.

It's not. It's like Stonefire brand naan. The plain one. There is absolutely no trace of flaxseed in it. Flaxseed is very visible in bread, even when it's finely ground. There is nothing but white flour in the bread they use for Ronto wraps.

I mean, definitely ask for an ingredient list, but I am positive there is no flax seed in it.

I don't mean to argue, but this is completely inaccurate. I had a major attack from flaxseed in a Burger King bun. It looked just like a normal hamburger bun. Did you realize Chick-fil-a chicken wraps have flaxseed in them? You can't tell by looking. I wish it was that simple.

I assume if you're allergic to flaxseed, you're also allergic to flaxseed oil, which would not be visible if used in a product. You'd have to see the ingredient list.

I'm not trying to argue with you. The flaxseed in Chick FIL A wraps is very obvious, though. You can literally see it.

If you have an allergy, you know what you need to do. I would be VERY surprised if the bread has flaxseed in it, though.

Maybe you are right about the Chick-fil-a wraps. I haven't ever eaten one and have never inspected one up close. But I do know that you cannot see them in the Burger King buns. So I don't think one can tell just by looking. That's why I have to be very careful. I've ended up in the hospital twice from consuming them completely unaware.

Good point. Actually, I was told by my allergist that I am not allergic to flaxseed oil, just the actual flaxseed. I'm not willing to try it though.
