yes, we are staying there for 2 nights before our November 12th Eastern 7 night cruise and I had that same question...asked their concierge on the phone and all you have to do is call a few days prior to your shuttle need and ask for the concierge...he/she will contact the outside shuttle service they use frequently and set it ip for you....the best news is that it's CHEAP! She said $3-5 pp max!

Ron Jon's also lets you park your car there for FREE while on the cruise, so don't let the Radisson's song and dance about that perk win you over.

We've stayed at both and I think there is no comparison. Ron jons was by far superior. It just seemed to start the trip out the right way. From the moment you step into the lobby, everything looks so troprical and bright. The room was so spacious and of course the pool was great. We had a hard time getting our six year old to leave the pool area to go eat. We also ate there in the restaurant at ron jons. It was really good and once again just the atmposphere, I loved the water wall with bubbles behind the bar. The only complaint I had at all was it has just opened at the time and you could tell some of the front desk staff had none of the answers to my questions as far as getting to the ship, etc. but i'm sure this has been fixed by now.

When I called and inquired about the 3 bedrooms units. They only have two 3 bedrooms units. You can only book them a month prior to arrival if they are even available. Timeshare owner get first choice. I booked the 2 bedroom deluxe. Wanted to make sure I had a room. I didn’t get the price but I think since there are only 2 they are hard to get.

There were just 4 of us in the Studio. One king size bed and a double fold out bed, two tvs. Very nice space for 4.
