DH and I plan to spend a week at WDW for our 20th anniversary. We'll be leaving the kids at home this trip and would like to make it a very relaxing and romantic vacation. Any suggestions for romantic restaurants at any of the parks or resorts ? Anything we definitely should not miss ?

Victoria & Albert's. You can't get more romantic. We ate their for our 10th anniversary and it was wonderful.

My Top 5:
Victoria and Albert's
Callifornia Grill (for Wishes fireworks viewing)
Cinderella's Royal Table (after all, your in the Castle)
Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge
Narcoosees's (Late dinner overlooking 7 Seas Lagoon for Electric Water Pageant)

Over the years, my husband and I have found the following to be the best for quiet, adult experiences.

Victoria & Alberts
Bistro de Paris
bluezoo
Yachtsman Steakhouse

These have sometimes been quiet and sometimes not:

Jiko
Citricos
Artist Point

Restaurants with good food but hardly quiet:

Flying Fish
Ca Grill

There are few restaurants in all of the U.S. like V&A and is the only one I consider a not to be missed.

I agree 100% with what Pakey said. Except we did the chef's table at V&A which is not as romantic as the dining room. But the guys could take off their coats!

I agree with Pakey as well, only I'd add Yachtsman to the sometimes quiet, sometimes not list.
Shula's and Il MUlino are relatively kid free and quiet as well. But those (and Blue Zoo) are in convention/meeting hotels, so if you happen to go there in the middle of a large convention (as we did once at Blue Zoo) it can be VERY loud.

Don't overlook some of the less high profile romantic options, like sharing a shake while you sit together at Sci Fi Dine-In or strolling along World Showcase while drinking a gran marnier slush from France.
For restaurants, I think the lists above are great. Our personal favorite (outside of V&As) is Narcoossee. Jiko is also a great choice, as is bluzoo and Il Mulino. I was less impressed with Flying Fish and Artist Point, but both were pretty good.
I guess "romantic" has different meanings - if you are looking for quiet, relatively kid free, and expensive, you've heard all the top choices. I think the Brown Derby can be a romantic dinner as well, and my wife and I have a great time every time we visit Kona Cafe. Sometimes just sharing a memory at a soda fountain can spark nostalgia, and Beaches and Cream or the Fountain (my preference) would be great for that.
Hope that helps!

Wow ! Thanks for your responses everyone ! There are quite a few that you have mentioned that I hadn't thought of. MickeyMan, you've given me some great ideas for 'non-typical' romantic moments. Wandering World Showcase hand in hand, sharing an ice cream sundae at Beaches and Cream, watching the water pageant from the beach at the Poly ... wonderful ideas !
