Can anyone recommend some romantic restaurants within any of the parks? We're headed to WDW right after Thanksgiving. My mom will be with us and is willing to watch our kids a night or two while we go out alone. The question is - where should we go? Dh loves Epcot, so something there might be ideal. We've done Coral Reef before.

Bistro de Paris was fantastic for our anniversary dinner the other night. Wonderful atmosphere and service, the food was exceptional, and of course with no children's menu there were not many chilcren and those that were there they tried to seat away from the other dinners- towards the empty corners of the restaurant.

Well, how much do you want to spend? Over and the Swan and Dolphin resorts, kids are not allowed (or encouraged to be taken to the childcare center) so that you can eat at Bluezoo. But, it is pricey. If you are staying in Epcot, I'd agree with Bistro de Paris. Also, the San Angel Inn at Mexico has a cool atmosphere, with the night and the water.

se Paris is a good recommendation. Jiko and AKL or Artist Point at WL are also places that I consider romantic. Then there is Victoria and Albert's which combines a great atmosphere with the best food at WDW.

You can't beat San Angel Inn for romance and it is at Epcot.

While you dine "inside" the pavillion, it is set in the dark, next to a small river (which is the boat ride), so it feels as if you are eating dinner outside.
The atmosphere is very romantic and relaxing. The food quite good as well. It is not Tex Mex, more traditional dishes, so I tell people to look at the menu first to see if there is something you would like.

But really....it is a different experience.....

My husband and I don't have children yet, so we always look for these types of places on each trip. Last year, our favorites were Portobello at downtown disney (not on the dining plan, though) and Citricos at the Grand Floridian. We LOVED biergarten and tutto italy at EPCOT but they weren't as quiet as the first two restaurants I mentioned. We also really enjoyed Ohana. But, again, it was a little busier of a restaurant so not the most 'romantic' place.

Inside a park: the only one I would consider romantic is Bistro de Paris.

At resorts: nothing beats V&A but we've also had quiet intimate dinners (no guarantee) at bluezoo, Citricos and Jiko.

Another option is private dining at GF. Our son did this for his proposal dinner and said it was quite nice. They were seated on a balcony.

At Epcot, Bistro de Paris would be my first suggestion. Tutto Italia would be romantic if it weren't as loud as it is.

For resorts, Narcoossee's and Victoria and Albert's are good choices.

Our favorite romantic dinners from our honeymoon trip last year would be Narcoosee's at the Grand Floridian, and Flying Fish at the Boardwalk, both 2 credits on the dining plan! Both places have a grown up atmosphere and the food was amazing!!!!

If you want to stick to Epcot, we also love Coral Reef and I second San Angel Inn for the atmosphere! Haven't tried Bistro de Paris yet, but based on all of the feedback here, that may definitely be on our list for our next trip, too!!!

Let us know what you decide!

At Epcot I would recommend Chefs de France or LeCellier for a dinner for two! AT DHS I would recommend Hollywood Brown Derby and at the resorts definately Narcoossies at night at the GF or Yatchsman Steakhouse at BC, or Jiko at AKL!!! HAve fun deciding :)

Pretty much Signatures only.
1.V&A
2.Il Mulino,AP,Jiko
3.Bistro
4.A possibilty The Wave may not be loud or full of kids running around.

We love kids,we love crowds but we also like time away at an adult restaurant with good food. And yes you can find that at Disney.

CG,FF,SAI,Chefs etc...have good food but the atmosphere is far from romantic. There is a great deal of bustle and noise that would preclude most folks idea of romantic.

CRT can be romantic under certain circumstances,we had a young gentleman propose to his fiance complete with the ring on a silk pillow provided by the staff.Everyone including the kids there got very quiet as he got on his knee and opened the ring box at the window seat just before the fireworks and we all cheered as they hugged. Not to many dry eyes that night.

Bistro is great as is San Angel for the ambience. I particulary like Flying Fish on the Boardwalk.

Even though it has its share of hustle and bustle, perhaps a quiet corner at Mama Melrose?

Or Epcot...how about Rose & Crown or Tokyo Dining with an Illuminations view?
