Romantic New Years Eve Recommendations

My wife and i will be at Disneyworld New Years Eve 2004/2005.We want to find a romantic restaurant for dinner and then watch the fireworks at midnight. It has been over 10 years since our last visit !
Please recommend which theme park will have the BEST fireworks display at midnight , which restaurant in that park is the nicest and most romantic and where in that park we should stand to have the best view of the fireworks display???
