Romantic meal - middle-of-the-road budget?

I'm trying to think of a few places that my sister and her husband might go to have a nice evening together (leaving their two-year-old with my parents and me) one evening during our trip in March.

Any suggestions? I can't afford to send them to Victoria & Alberts, but I'd like to send them someplace halfway decent... just to sort of thank them for letting me take part in my niece's first trip to the House of Mouse!

I think the Mexican TS restaurant in Epcot is very, very romantic especially if you can go during extended hours and it's dark. Not crazy about the food, but if they like Mexican...It's very nice of you to do this for them.

Personally, I thought Boma at AKL was very romantic. It's a buffet, but the restaurant was very romantically themed. Great wine selections as well.

Depending on how busy the restaurant is, Mama Melrose's Italian Restaurante is pretty romantic if you want a starry sky atmosphere on a budget, and Boma for the dinner buffet is also romantic with its dark, beautifully themed room and a ceiling draped with rich woven fabrics... it's just gorgeous. We like to try eating at a later seating time so the restaurant isn't too crowded or overly noisy and we can have some time together... if you can splurge a bit more, try Jiko; unlike Boma, it's not a buffet, and it has a more "artistic," gourmet menu, I've heard.

My pick would be Jiko. I loved it there and the food was superb. It might be a little pricy but definitely worth it. Boma is also excellent but I have never been there for dinner, only breakfast.

Grand Floridian Cafe is nice and easier on the budget than some.
