I have to disagree with the above poster regarding the service at Wolfgang Puck. We had a negative experience there.
The story: Unfortunately the night we had a PS for the upstairs at Wolfgang Puck we were running late and ended up being 15 minutes late for our PS. We apologized upon arrival and were told that we would have to wait. We sat on couches near the lounge area and got a snotty look when we didn't order drinks. After waiting about 20-30 minutes I told my husband that we had to just leave because we had tickets to Cirque and I didn't want to get too pressed for time. We got up and walked over to the hostess to tell her thank you but we were afraid we were not going to make the show if we waited much longer and all of a sudden she pretty much cuts me off to say, "we can seat you now". Interesting. Now, the upstairs of this place isn't big. We could see the whole place from where we were sitting waiting and I can tell you that no one left. They were just making us wait since we made them wait having been late.
When we got to our table hubby and I started discussing how you could tell this was not actually a disney run establishment.
I thought the food was ok. The only good part was that they had a dessert sampler which I thought was a fabulous idea and they wrote "Happy Honeymoon" on the plate.
We have no intentions of ever returning to Wolfgang Pucks.
