OK, I just had my TA call and check and they told her that they would only book the Palo dinner, not any of the other reservations. Has anyone actually done this package booked thru a TA? Did the co-ordinator call you directly or did they make the arrangements with your TA. I'm thinking that if they call me directly, I can at least ask but the TA might not. This may even be answered in that other thread but it is getting a little long for me!
 
OK I booked my reservations yesterday...
My cruise was booked through All Seasons and Chuck Maida and the crew booked the REAS package for me.
I was told I'd be called 10 days out by All Seasons (As was told to them by Disney) but Disney told me 30 days out when I spoke with them so who knows what is the "definitive" answer.
The dining coordinator will call YOU. As our cruise was getting close (My fault as I booked this package late) I called Disney and they in turn called me back.
The Palo dinner is ALL that is included in the package. However as a courtesy she booked my brunch AND lunch in Palo. I am responsible for the payment of that above and beyond the package. We were travelling with another couple and they are going to accompany us to the lunch and brunch and are included in the reservations.
As for the spa that was booked and you have the choice of two different treatments. However you BOTH must have the same treatment when you get the "couple's massage". I've read if you want you can have one person do both of the available treatments at a different time.
I was able to choose my dining rotation.
Debbie was very helpful, did not rush and had all the dates and times that were available in front of her.

That was our experience as well, and that of friends on the same cruise as me, so it's a pattern now...I think all TA's that deal with Disney should read these boards, so they're always up to date!

We booked our package through DU (and we got $25 off as a rebate)... Our TA through DU booked everything that I requested and it was all taken care of when I got on board. I never did hear from Disney. I did get a call from Joshua, the Concierge to let me know that everything was taken care of, and he sent me the Champagne Breakfast form and he told me we could have it anytime Sunday-Thursday and we just needed to fill it out and put it on our door knob the night before. It was wonderful... I'd definitely book it again...
