Hi all! We are o.k. Just really busy. I was without internet for a week and then just tring to finish up the house and now trying to get ready to move. DH is not doing very well. Dialysis is not cleaning him right now and it's just been a little hard to even get in the mood to write never mind that I don't have time!!! Anyway things are slowing down. We close on the house the 28th and I'm trying to pack, but right now T and B are doing pretty good. They have a hoe down at their school tomorrow so I have got to get out their western gear if i can figure out what I've done with it!!!!
I will have an update VERY soon. If not today then by Sat. It might be a mini but I'll do one unless ................. well you know...........

Hi Lee!! I can't imagine being without the internet for a week . I am so sorry to hear about DH, I will pray for him. We understand about you not having time or feeling like it, it was just nice to hear from you.

WOW you are closing on the house soon. I hope you can take some pix of the boys in their hoe down outfits, I would love to see that!! There is one more installment yet to be posted on my TR, Bill's final thoughts, I am sad it is over.

That woman (I won't say lady as she certainly was not a lady) in the handicapped stall needs someone to slap her around some. Her daughter is going to grow up to be just as bad with her as a role model! I wish I'd been there as I'd have drug her out of that stall with her panties down around her ankle!

Then to have the nerve to comment on Braeton using the bathroom with the door open, well duh he couldn't get his wheelchair and two people helping to support him in that one tiny stall! Oh that just makes me so mad!!!

Sounds like nothing dampens Braeton and Tyler's Days though, you got two great kids there and such a sense of humor, Braeton cracks me up!!!

Hi Lee Lee, glad to see you've posted but I'm sorry to hear dialysis is not working right now for DH. I do hope that they get him cleaned and get him a kidney real soon.

You must be busier than a one armed paper hanger, lol. I bet though it is a lot of work and very hard on you right now, you are excited to be able to be moving soon. I'm so happy you'll soon be in your own house!

We miss you too Lee Lee, hope the hoe down was great for the boys!!. Will be watching for you again soon.

Sorry I was away for a while ...we had our Dis trip, then a while bunch of work stuff and sick kids. So I've been doing a marathon catch-up on everyone's TRs

I'm keeping good thoughts and saying a little prayer for your DH's continued search for a kidney. Stained your cabinets - good job! The pickled oak stain sounds very cool. Your closing date is only 2 weeks away now - whoohoo! That is cool that B has his figgy to help him to deal with his night time braces. My DD11 met Figment for the first time and has taken a real liking to him too

Well it sounds like Minnie's house wasn't much better as far as crowds and rude people. At least that one guy said excuse me. Funny pics of the boys though, I'm glad you were finally able to get B onto the couch with the help of the lone gentleman

Good call with putting the PJs under his braces, I'm glad you found a solution that will help his legs and let him sleep.

Wonderful fun shots of the boys in Minnie's kitchen. And no worries about the blurriness ...you can still see the smiles and the sparkle in their eyes and that's what matters. And it sounds like your boys have a great relationship. Yes, there will always be little sibling squabbles, but they seem to truly care about each other and Tyler does a good job of looking after his bro.

I can' believe that rude mom who took the stall that Tyler was holding open. I guess the only way to stop stuff like that is to have him physically block the doorway until you can get B in there. And then the double rude comment coming out. At least the other mom had your back and told her off - I would have loved to have seen "the look" she gave the rude mom

OMG! He made another break for it aye? That is so funny, especially with him ending turning circles - what a character Nice of the CM to not be grouchy once he saw what was going on and to give stickers!

I can understand the move keeping you offline, especially with your internet connection being down. Hang in there with DH's health issues, that kidney will come! Glad things are slowing down a bit for ya and I hope the boys have fun at the hoe down - yeeehawwww!

Thanks for all your nice comments. Sorry I didn not get that update yet. Even though our server is back up and running I have not had time to get online. I haven't even gotten to check my mail with 876 unread in the inbox. That is not the spam box
The hoe down went great and I am uploading pics from that and of the house to give ya'll an idea and then I will try to finish the pics from chef Mickeys so I can get this rolling again.
Shannon has gotten worse since I was last on. He has been very sick the last couple of days. He couldn't even go to church yesterday which is a big thing seeing we go to church @ 4x a week. 2x on Sun and then Tues for prayermeeting/choir practice and then on Thurs is our midweek servic/Bible study. And usually a few times in between trying to get ready for sunday School and he does the sound so he is always fooling with something. Speaking of Sunday School I have been busy trying to get it all decorated for this quarter. I am really into it this time. It is so much fun. The theme is Diving Deeper into Gods Word. Soooo in our Classroom ( I teach Primarys) we are..... "Under The Sea" I keep humming my theme music "Darling it's better down where it's wetter Listen to me!!!!"

The first day of house build. Putting up the walls

Then up go the inside walls. these are 2 of the many volunteers that came to help build our house.

And now to the painting stage.

The stone man....tiling our bathroom. This couple will be building their house w/Habitat starting sometime in April I believe. Note who is on his shirt!!!

And the Kitchen it's tiny but it's mine!!

And the mostly finished product. Still have to do some touchups on the trim and the landscaping

The house looks great! Who cares that the kitchen is small?!?! The floor is beautiful, the counter tops look great, looks like you have just enough space to work with, and is that a dishwasher I see? I couldn't live without my dishwasher!!! I don't know how I did it for so long. I think I was married for 6 years before I got my dishwasher. Now I wonder why I waited so long to get one. Yes, I am the ultimate lazy person.

Did you say the boys will have their own bedrooms? I can't remember...its been a long week already.

Thanks Guys!! It has 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath, Dr,Lr It is an open floor plan and we have a porch. I also love the sidewalk/ramp to the porch. They made it like that so we wouldn't have to have a big ramp up the front. So they poured the concrete, built the house and then built the ground up in the front to make it all fit. Thanks for the compliments on the colors of the countertops and floors. I stressed for a long time trying to figure out what to put in there. I needed something I could live with if I change colors of my decor although i am not to scared of that. I have had the same theme for almost 10 years. I am changing all that now. I don't think I am necessarily going with a them. i think I am just going with colors and then a few things in those colors I really like. B is doing his room in the CARS theme.

Thank you Tracy! I really hope that we can meet one day in person!! I want to get at least 1 pic of Braeton at the hoedown on here. I was so proud of him. He "sang" "Froggy went a courting" on stage standing with just his braces. He went a little wobbly a few times and you can tell by the position of his feet and hands, but he wouldn't stop wiggling. He just kept a going. It was really cute. then on the dances when they would go into partners or form a circle he would get in the middle of the circle and do his own little thing. It was so cute he thought that circle was all about him and of course it was!!!
I was so sad to read the end of your TR. you are a great TR writer and it was awesome BUT IT ENDED!!! WAHHHHHHHHHHHHH YOu are going to have to keep me informed on those future trips and on Bills surgery! We just found out that B will probably have to have one similar as soon as he turns 7. They won't do it any sooner than that. I am praying that it will get better before thn. It really bothers him but he just keeps going on. Something about our men isn't there!!!
