Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens

Anyone familiar with this development? I can't really find any information about the area but the homes are very nice. I am specifically wondering if it has a resort pool and clubhouse?

Rolling Hills is in the Formosa Gardens area and is next to Windsor Hills. It has only pool homes, no community pool or other facilities. It's not gated. It's in a nice area with other subdivisions all around. From RH you can be parked and walking to the entrance of Animal Kingdom in less than 10 minutes. We've stayed at Indian Creek which is across from it and also not gated and had no problems and wouldn't hesitate to stay at either place. This is the area where we always stay. There are lots of restaurants within 5 min. Check out the red markers on the map below and this is only a few. The blue markers are other subdivisions and all the pink markers are Disney. Big stores like Publix and Target have shopping icons. Great area !
