yes, we had one. I'd tie a rope to the handle bars and the other end on my bike and me and brother would ride through the neighborhood.

I always wished I'd had one but my parents never bought me one. I do remember at the local Six Flags they had a bunch of them set up in a corrall and called it Speedy Gonzalez's something or other for a while when I was in like middle school or something.
