Rollaways at CSR?

Though there are only 3 of us, 2 of us sharing a double bed and getting a good night's sleep is an issue. When I made my ressie yesterday the CM added a request for a rollaway for us and told us it would be an additional 15.00 per night. I don't have a problem with that. She did say rollaways are for guests with special circumstances and when I told her the issue, she noted it in the ressie.

But, I was just reading some CSR information on one of the sites that does into in-depth descriptions (can't recall which one) and it mentioned rollaways are no longer available at the CSR. For those of you who have requested rollaways, did you get them? Or, were you told they were no longer available?

When I requested a roll-a-way, I was told they they were no longer available at CSR...only cribs. If I was given bad inof, please let me know so I can update the website. You can call CSR directly to ask your question too.

Thanks for posting this number Buzz2001. I just called and the CM I spoke to said yes, there are rollaways available at CSR for 15.00 per night. I told her I had heard otherwise so she called the front desk and came back and told me yes, they have them. I do know when I talked to the CRO CM the other day that they are limited and available for special circumstances - she noted on our ressie that we needed one.
