@Dave006 stated they were not allowed at Values. He never said they were a violation in deluxes where the OP is staying and where Disney states that you must provide your own bedding for the 5th person as shown in my previous post.

Oh a inflatable mattress also violates the Fire Code but Disney does not know about it. If you could rent a roll-away twin bed from somewhere, and have it delivered then Disney knows about it. It is not about room capacity.

What size Villa are you trying to put a roll-away in, and where do you think you would put it?

For example an inflatable mattress is often used at the Value Resorts, and the space it blocking the door to the room, a Fire Code violation.

I didn’t see that portion. Thank you for calling that to my attention. However, the OP has already stated they are in a one bedroom unit which does allow air mattresses. Dave only called out value resorts by name as having the fire code violation.
