Roll Call! Who's going mid-September 2012?

Heading to the parks 9/15-9/19 for a quick trip.
Doing a longer stay in December.
Can't wait to see the park with the holiday overlay!

My absolute favorite is the gingerbread house in the HM and how it is different each year.

No dining reservations this trip so its a little different than I'm used to. But I have no problem eating on the cheap for once Bahahaha

Oh and the pins, how can I forget the pins, halloween time and Maleficent is my number 1 gal. I'm in heaven.

52 sleeps :P

BFF & I will be at DL for the very first time 9/13-9/16. We are staying at the Marriott Fairfield Inn and have Carthay Circle Theatre booked for the WOC viewing location.

After nearly 30 other Disney Destination trips, this is our first to DL. We'll be on the first Pixar Pacific Coast Cruise beginning 9/16.

SEPT 30 - OCT 3 :) My 2.5 son's first visit!!!

Adding you to the rool call!

We will be there Sept 11th-14th, to celebrate our DD 1st birthday, DDalmost 3 first DL (she went to WDW last year), Its driving me nuts that the schedule isnt up yet when I can see WDW for next year, I'm trying to work out if the fireworks and/or fantasmic will be running only on teh friday night? I assume WOC will run every night. We are booked for Ariels grotto and breakfast with Minnie, I'm super excited

I am excited right along with you!

I'm heading up there Sept. 12th and 13th. We are staying at the DLH. Taking one grand daughter and the twin boys.

that sounds like fun!

Newby here - we are taking our children for their first visit Sept 13-22. I haven't been since 2004, DH since 2007. The kids are 7, 5 and 2.5 - so we aren't telling them until the week prior.

those are such fun ages, I can't wait to see my 2.5yr olds eye light up when he sees his favorite characters!

We are finally within 6 weeks for our trip, just checked the refurb list and Indy so far is not on it  That is one ride that people had been speculating being closed right after labor day. Bonus number 2, went to check rates at the Grand, still showing the same rate for APs but when I clicked to book the offer, just playing around with it, it was $250 less than what it was showing! Two fabulous things to wake up to this morning :cheer2: Still hoping the AP rate drops a little more, as it stands using the inlaws employee discount will be better but not by much.

Nice

dcraytho 16Sep thru the 28th.
YAY

Had to change our dates. :(
:sad2: Oh dear! WHEN DID YOU HAVE TO REBOOK FOR?

Going September 5-9. The first two nights at Park Vue, and the second two night at DLH. DD and a friend are doing the Visions Fantastic Annual Photo Scavenger Hunt on the 8th. I did it last year, and it nearly killed me! I was exhausted beyond belief!

That sounds like fun... hard but fun!

Yay I am doing the same thing, but Sept will be my long one and Nov will be just a weekend!

You will enjoy it! Disney never seems to disapoint!

And just to bump it up a bit, I made a FB group it is closed so all comments are kept in there, so its not all over your FB and I will make it private in a few more days, this way we can keep our trips out of the public eye. If you would like to join us for chats and tips and such, or just someone in general that likes to talk disney search for September DIS in DL

Can you share what the AP discount is (or the standard room rate w/discount)? I'm looking at that week at DLH and was trying to do the math on getting an AP.

We have two nights with the AP discount for a total with taxes of $526.50 standard view DLH (regular rate would be around $700). I think PP would have been $386. I didn't ask aboout the GC.

Hey everyone, I'm late to the party.

We are coming in Sep 8th - 15th staying at the GCH. Can't wait!

Hi all. Just found this site and registered. We will be in DL/DCA Sept 11-13. So excited. It is hubby and son's first time. My daughter and I just came back this week from our first trip. So excited!

Kim

We're going to be there September 17 - 24. We're staying at the DLH which I haven't stayed at since I was 4, and needless to say I'm so excited.

YAY I got my ressie for Plaza Inn! The kids are going to be excited, we have never do a breakfast in the park before.

Hey everyone!! I'm late to the party, too!!

Going to DL 9/17-9/21, staying at DLH. Decided to go into debt and take the parents! :-) Dad hasn't been since 2003 or so, and Mom hasn't been since '99 - in fact, she's never seen DCA! See ya around!

changing our dates slightly... We are now going september 25 -october 2. Just booked our flights tonight and couldnt resist the cheap flights by adjusting our days. Found seattle to long beach for $110 per person roundtrip, taxes and fees included and one bag free!!!! It would have been way less time to drive to vancouver airport from where we live instead of seattle, but for this price all 4 of us are flying for the price that it would cost for just one person flying out of vancouver:cool1: going to disneyland and saving money doing it....life is good!!!!!

that's awesome! you'll overlap us a little. We will be there Sept 23-26. Where did you get such a great deal on a flight? I can't find anything from Denver to SNA or LAX for less than $250 round trip.

Finally decided on the GCH for our trip Sept 5-9. This is our first time splurging on a Dinsey hotel :dance3:
Not excited that the park is closing early on our first full day, had to move our reservations to the BB to Friday but still excited, just a month away!

We are officially booked! Sept 24th-26th are our Park Days. Can't wait! The Disney Park hours will be updated in the next couple weeks so I can see what's actually going on. Just going and walking around (and eating corndogs) is going to be enough for me.

Hi, we will there September 14-15, celebrating our 5th wedding anniversay and then heading off on to the Wonder for a 7-day California Coast cruise.

Just made reservations at BB to celebrate my birthday! :cool1: We are just having dessert, but I am super excited!

Glad to have u all onboard! I will update the roll call next week, just away from home right now.
