Good Morning Everyone!!

Did you miss me?? I have been so busy at work. I am organizing the cheerleaders banquet on Saturday night and have been really preoccupied with it. Their coach only had one thing to do and that was get out the invitations. She didn't get them out until Friday and we needed the only on Monday! I was a little underpleased!!
Slowly the girls are signing up. There are 50 cheerleaders and only 20 of them has responded. Growllllllllllll!!!

It was great to hear from Darren. How lucky is he! I worked for an airline a few years ago and it never seemed like work to me. I loved it. So I know how he feels.

Next order of business: Planning Jaymee and Ryan's graduation luau. Once the cheer banquet is over I will be pushing to get that organized.

Sandy I am soooo sorry to hear about Heidi. Please let her know how much we all care about her. What is the deal with these guys??

I am not sure about the weight loss I will jump on the scale... no lightly step on the scale tomorrow. I totally forgot yesterday.

Feeling toatally closed in today. Everything is coated with ice and now sleet! Kaleigh is doing the non-stop cry thing. Disney World, take me away!!!!!!!!!!!! I wan't going to sign on today, but I needed human contact and this was as close as I couild get. Jerry has a meeting and my parents phone was busy. I can't take this weather anymore! Sue: I know all about stress eating. That is how I got where I got. That and I finally got to cook what I wanted to eat once I got married. Try airpopped popcorn coated with regular Pam and sprinkled with a flavor topping. There aren't many calories. You get the flavored stuff to stick without using butter or some gross liquid stuff. You can't taste the Pam.
We don't own a microwave, so I don't know what diet microwave popcorn tastes like.

HI All! Sorry I haven't posted for awhile, but I've been busy but I have been lurking. ( I know you probably didn't even know I was missing).

Sandy, I'm so sorry to hear about Heidi. Tell her she is too good for him and anyone who can do that to someone that they have been dating for 5 years, deserves nothing but nothing! She will be better off in the long run. I know you all hurt now, but in time it will be ok. This happened to my cousin but after she was married. He was cheating and felt like he wanted room, so she gave it to him. But hers had a different ending, she took him back and they are doing better. Even had a son last year. My sister in law's sister also had this happen to her too but AFTER she was married. He had someone else and didn't know if he wanted to be tied down to one woman. So they did get divorced BUT Linda wouldn't go out on dates with anyone and still wanted to be with him (Tim). So after awhile, Tim came back and wanted to be together so NOW the are living together BUT he still gets these "urges" to be on his our and sees other woman. What a MESS! We all have tried to tell Linda that she needs to move on and dump him, but she won't do it. So she is constantly getting hurt! Tell Heidi she is better off.

Laurie, I wish I was there for you during this unbelievable time! All I can say is my thoughts and prayers are with you, John and Kristen along with the rest of your family. If you need to talk or chat, I'm usually home! And up during all hours!

Krista, I hope you get to taste some of that frosting! Yummy! I know we are to be wathign what we eat, but if that was me.....
I would be watching what I eat..... EVERYTHING going into my mouth!

Glad to hear from Darren! Sounds like he is in his element!

Took Makenzie to Gymnastics today for her pre-school trip and she had a BLAST! Maybe once swimming is over on Saturdays, she can join gymnastics. We will see!

Denine-winter is almost over...we are all feeling it this year I'm afraid....really affects the mood/personality. Think spring! 50-60 this weekend. Thank heavens!

Had my massage yesterday! Wow...did I need it! I highly recommend it. Came to my home, really worked out the knots. My health plan offers discounts on therapeutic massage...thought I would take advantage of it and will do it again next month! A lot cheaper than going to a Spa. SHe was great! The cat was very confused though...kept looking like "wait a minute! That's what I'm supposed to get!" Kept stretching up through the face hole to check out mom! LOL!

Well...one week and one day till I start my new job!!! YEAH!! More money...more space...more headaches? LOL No...the nurses that I will be in charge of are terrific...the manager is wonderful and the other supervisor is great too. I can't wait!!!
I was taken out to lunch yesterday, will be taken out for drinks tomorrow after work...another lunch next week...I should get a promotion more often! LOL!

Well...very tired here...one hours sleep last night...I think I am getting a little giddy....I see entirely too many LOL sprinkled throughout.

Are any of you applying for the new Disney VISA? It has a reward program. Can't decide. Thought that I could use it strictly for the cruises and pay it off immediately. It is through BankOne and is on their website.

I just survived an 11 month old teething for the past 2 weeks. She is getting SIX at one time. I think the worst of it is over. Actually, she did really well.

Cheesecake Factory again, Bonnie? Well, we'll see what Lori says. She didn't get the thai noodles last time.

Sure wondering about Diana.

I wasn't expecting new tribes on Survivor last night. I liked the way they did it.

Had a nice dinner with my dad last night. Turner even had all of his homework done when I picked him up at afterschool, so NO visit to homework h&#@! What a VERY pleasant eveing it was!!

We have been in the low 70s the past couple of days but now back to the low to mid 50s for a few days. Everything is blooming and I can really tell we have winter behind us here in the south! Denine - I hope the same for you soon!!

I'm walking with Turner in the St. Patrick's Day parade here tomorrow. At least I'll be getting some exercise. Turner's school is St. Patrick Elementary so, of course, the whole school walks in the parade!! Should be fun.

My boss is on vacation until 3/21 - maybe work will settle down a bit for the next little while!! I could reallytell she needed a vacation the past few weeks!! She is going to St. John. As much as I don't want to be around her right now, I sure would like to go to St. John!!!

Good morning! At least it is sunny and the ice is starting to melt off of everything. They say it is suppsed to be in the upper 50's for a few days. I am keeping my fingers crossed that we can go for a walk!

Kaleigh got dosed this morning. Tylenol and orajel. She finally fell asleep without much trouble. Went out to a bunch of stores last night looking for formula. They came out with Isomil Advance. It is uspposed to have fatty acids that are found in breast milk. The only problem is, it is $24 a can for a smaller can. I was paying $17 for the larger can of plain Isomil. What really bugs me, is all the stores carry Similac and Similac Advance. We are being gouged because Kaleigh has to be on a soy formula! Her pictures are supposed to be ready to pick up at Sears today. I can't wait to see them!

Julie: It sounds like Makenzie had a blast. I used to love gymnastics! I still do, I just can't do them anymore. I used to be able to do a backbend like nobody's business, but since my back surgery, I can't bend backwards at all, maybe a couple of inches. I would spend hours in the front yard doing cartwheels and handsprings and all sorts of stuff. I took a class once.

Looking forward to corned beef day! No diet is going to keep me from my corned beef!

We are closing on our refinance next week. A month earlier then they told us it would be! Her's to lower house payments.

I just applied for the Disney credit card. I just wanted it. I don't know how much we will actually use it. We have already maxed out the amount we can earn on our GM card and we aren't planning a new car purchase anytime soon. And, yes, we do pay it off every month. We have never, not done that. Hoping to be able to pay off the Regal with Jerry's bonus and the refinance. Then we will just have the 1 car payment. We are working on paying stuff off so we can move someplace where spring actaully does arrive in March. Unfortunately, it will probably be a few years yet.

It is a beautiful day here in Denver. The temp to be 75. I am going shopping for my 11 month olds birthday. The shopping mall has outdoor entrances rather than an inside mall. I am looking forward to it because of the weather.

Maybe things will slow down for you Susan. Hope so. But----now all you will be thinking is that she is at St. John and you aren't. Just keep remembering your upcoming cruise. Like you would even forget! I forgot, are you going on the eastern or the western?

Survivor. I like it now. I didn't have a favorite team but now I do. Unfortunately it is the tribe that lost someone last night. Those young girls sitting around talking about how jealous the other women were because they are young, beautiful and have a great body was really getting to me. I dislike people that are so full of themselves.

Being from Canada, perhaps, Diana has been snowed in with a RCM and can't get to a computer. After spring thaw maybe she will give us all the scoop.

We had hockey games tonight. Turner almost got tossed by the ref tonight because he was mouthing off at the ref!! Something I am NOT proud of. Then we went to our local minor league hockey team's game tonight.

I did a lot better with the eating today and I drank over 80 oz. of water!! I even walked at lunch time today for about 30 minutes.

Got to walk in the parade in the morning and the off to spend the day with my mom. Won't be back on for a while (unless I check in real quick in the a.m.).

Where is everyone? Jerry came home early yesterday so we went down to the outlet mall. Found some stuff for Kaleigh at Carter's but nothing for me.

Today, Jerry hopes to get the cars washed. They haven't been actually washed since I don't know when.

Today is the day we can go for a walk outside, hopefully. It is sunny.

I just woke up but I am here.

Going to see Chicago to day with a friend of mine and then a bite to eat. I haven't seen her for ages....she has a daughter who is a senior and they have been busy visiting schools in the fall and then auditions. the dtr plays the Trombone...very good...was even chosen for the Disney Youth Orchestra when she was younger. Auditioned at Julliard! I am praying for that school myself as are they but it all depends on if they need a Trombone for their programs. Ah ...the life of a parent of a musician! LOL. Both parents are/were musicians...dad died about 3 years ago.


Ok...now you know Ashley's life history! LOL
