Roll away cribs upon request?

I was told, about a year ago, that you can can request a roll away crib instead of using the Pack and Plays that are provided in the villas. When I made my reservation, almost 11 months ago, I asked a Member Service rep and was told they discontinued the roll away crib program. I have seen some people post recently that they used a roll away crib. So does anyone know the true answer to this question??? We would prefer a crib for our grandson.

DVC provides pack and plays for infants and very small children. Not cribs. If you want a crib, you may need to rent one from an offsite location.

In 2017 & 2019 we actually got a roll away crib at VGF, but their policy might have changed since then.

It actually fit in really nice in the master bedroom in the 2 bedroom unit.

Was just at OKW. Requested crib about a year ago when reservations were made; were told upon arrival they only provide P&P now. Had a crib during our last visit (2019). Opted for the larger P&P I had my folks luckily drive / bring as a backup with our own sheet.

We rented from off-site vendors in the past with great results. Plan on doing the same next year with new grand baby.

Our last two trips (2020 at BWV and 2021 at BLT) we've been given a crib with a mattress and sheets. It sorta folds in half and is on rollers. It's on the smaller side but bigger than the P&P. We called housekeeping and they brought it to our room.

If this is a make-or-break thing, I'd do this rather than hope (a) they are still offered and (b) one is available.

We got a crib at Kidani in fall of 2019. Called for a pack n play and was offered the crib.
