Rolie Polie Olie anywhere

We leave for Disney in 2 weeks and my 5 year old is bound and determinded that we are going to see Buzz and Olie this trip. Buzz won't be a problem but is there anything Olie anywhere? Thanks.

I actually did meet Rolie Polie Olie and Zowie once, but it was at a Halloween party at Magic Kingdom back in 2003. I don't believe Olie is a meetable character at this time, as he was out for a special event when we saw him and Zowie. IF Olie was out, it would be at MGM probably. But sadly, I have not heard of anyone meeting him anytime recently, so probably no real chance to find him. Sorry! But Buzz is easily meetable, though, at Al's Toy Barn at MGM and also near the area around Buzz Lightyear Spin at Magic Kingdom.

I'm not sure what Rolie looks like, I don't watch or know anybody that watches Playhouse Disney, but they would be in MGM. Try the one "street" that has Who Wants To Be A Millionaire- Play It!. There are some "trailors" and some PLayhouse Disney people come out of there. Not sure who though. And I'm sure Rolie would be in the show Playhouse Disney Live On Stage at MGM, which is at the end of that street. Will your child be sad if he/she can't personally meet Rolie? Because you'll be able to see him on stage (I'm sure he's featured in the Playhouse Disney Live On Stage)

Actually, the Rolie Polie Olie segment was taken out of PHD Live on Stage, and was replaced with JoJo's Circus. Olie and Zowie were in the Studios Parade, but I'm not sure if they still are.

I know he was still in the MGM parades last October 2005!

Thanks for the replies. We will keep an eye out for him in the parade. I think my DS will be so excited to be back at Disney that he really won't be crushed if we don't see Olie. I was just hopeful that he'd be somewhere.
