Is there anyway to find out exactly what you will be doing before you accept it?

No, because they staff different areas based on need closer to when you actually arrive. The areas only know about 2 weeks before you do.

You will get your role, but not your work location. You don't even get it at check in on your first day. You get it your second day when you go for your Disney Look evaluation and pick up your training schedule. So you will find out before you are accepted what role you are, for an example, say you get attactions. But you will not find out what attraction you are working at until you get there.

Actually, check in is different now. You find out your general work location on Day 1, when you are taken over to Casting.
