Any opinions on if it matters whether we use a fastpass or get the Tusker Breakfast Package for ROL. I realize the tradeoff of using up a FP or paying a huge $ for the breakfast.

Other than these two factors, is one better than the other?

Thanks all!!!

I don't think one is better than the other. We did FP+ and, yes, we were hampered by the fact that we couldn't make other FP+ throughout the day, but we didn't want a TS meal on our AK day, so we did the FP+. It's really just personal preference, but I would do one or the other. I wouldn't recommend doing ROL standby.

1) Take the FP.
2) Not only is breakfast at Tusker expensive, it costs $9 extra for the RoL ticket.
3) Nine Bucks - what a waste.
4) My hunch is that P.T.Barnum created the fee.

We have the dining plan so we are definitely doing the TH dining package. If we weren't on the dining plan, I would probably just get a FP for ROL or show up early to wait in line.

If your on the dining plan or you were going to eat at Tusker anyway, I'd do the package. If you really don't care about eating there then do fp.

Piggybacking...

Is the package with Tusker 1 credit or 2?

One (1) credit, PLUS $9 per person.

Thank you! I was just making sure. Just realized the Disney on Broadway Concert with dinner package was 2 and was rearranging things and wanted to make sure I didn't need to either budget for another OOP meal or drop another TS.

Wait if I use the dining plan I still have to pay $9 per person? Where does it say that?

Yeah, I've read every bit of fine print I could find and don't see that anywhere.

I didn’t either. I don’t think that’s right...
Maybe you have to pay $9 per person if you’re NOT on the dining plan? I booked the package so I hope I’m not stuck paying an extra $9 pp.

There is not an extra $9 fee. We did the ROL package at TH and it was just a dining credit per person. Plus tip of course.

Thank you! I was very confused as that is not mentioned ANYWHERE but here. I mean, I can see that the package is more if you're paying OOP - THAT makes sense. But nowhere but this one post did I see a $9 fee added onto your bill.
