ROL Dining Package, 1 or 2 TS?

I plan on getting the Rivers of light dining package and was wondering if the Tusker House package was 1 TS or 2 under the DDP.

If both packages are 2 TS, it's a no brainer for us to go with Tiffins and just pay oop.

Tusker House is 1, Tiffins is 2.

Thanks, guess I'll try for Tusker House and now that I think about it, it would be better since we've never been and characters are fun.
