RoL Dining and Fireworks Dessert - When do they load?

We are hitting our 180 day mark tomorrow, and I have noted that both the Rivers of Light dining package and the Fireworks Dessert party are showing no availability for dates currently within the 180 window in October - and it doesn't appear to be because they are booked up, just not yet made available. Is there any rhyme or reason as to when they are actually loading availability (it clearly doesn't seem to be happening at 180 days)? Or have people just had to check now and then to try to catch it when it happens?

I've been wondering this too. I've been watching for our dates to be available for a week now.

It seems kind of random. We got H&V Fantasmic but it came out waaaaaay after the 180 day mark. Just keep checking.

ROL for October isn't on the calendar yet. No schedule = no dining package. It has to be 3+ hours before showtime, and no showtime means no ability to schedule.

Depending on the dessert party, same issue. Imma looking straight at Star Wars here.
