I will be going to Disney World in April, and as of now there is only one show listed for ROL, at 8:30 pm. We have the ROL dining package though, which states that it's for the first show only...what are the odds of them adding an earlier show at this point for the end of April? We would much prefer the currently listed 8:30 show, so hopefully they don't add another one. Also....what time does the Tree of Life awakening start during that time of year and how long does it go till?

Same questions for us.

Sunset in April is just before 8pm, so I’m guessing earliest they could push a first show would be 8pm.

I was also wondering when to do Tree of Life awakening and Pandora at night. Is it dark enough 7-8 in April to get the full Pandora night experience?

"Sunset" is actually about 25-30 minutes before "dark."

The RoL show requires full darkness to be seen.

Other evening events at DAK can take place before full darkness,
but for most of them, the darker it is, the more "magical" they can be.

"First show" in April would be the 8:30PM show.

What about the length of time that the Tree Awakening goes on for each night? Trying to squeeze in a 6 pm dinner at Tusker House, the Awakening, and the 8:30 ROL show in one night since its our only AK day. A bonus would be getting to see Pandora at night but I dont think all 4 of these will be able to happen unless they extend night time hours

Multiple shows, about 5 min. each,
running in rotation, every 15-20 min. or so, from "dark" to "closing time."

You can wait and do the Tree of Life Awakenings AFTER Park Close.

They will do 2 to 3 Awakenings after Park Close for Guests as they exit the Park.:)
