Rogers & Hammerstein on Main Street?

I'm listening to what YouTube says id's the main street loop music, and I can very clearly pick out instrumentals from the musical Oklahoma!

Is this actually a thing? Did Disney get rights to Rogers and Hammerstein music?

They used to ( perhaps they still do) play the movie overtures to Oklahoma! and Sound of Music at DHS in front of the Chinese Theatre. On Main St, I think I've heard Kansas City from Oklahoma!, but I know for certain they play a couple of songs from Hello, Dolly! (Put On Your Sunday Clothes and Elegance.)

I'm thinking I've heard Kansas City, too (and sung along with it). Love the Dolly songs, too. Don't they also do "When the Parade..." ?

ETA I meant BEFORE the Parade Passes By.
