are the two people that we met and got our pictures taken with while at WDW last week. We went to ESPN to watch them tape a segment of a new show called the Journey. Roger Clemens was the guest and there was a question and answer segment and my DS asked a question. He can't wait til the show airs. Other guest we did not see were Gary Carter, Phil Esposito and Jim Kelly. There was an autograph and picture taking session after the taping. DS and DH are Yankee fans and I'm a Mets fan. But it was fun anyway. DS loves Clemens so he had a blast.

One night we went to dinner at Wolfgang Puck Cafe and when we walked in there was Wolfgang himself. DS got his pic taken with him and he was very nice.

When will the segment with Roger air? did they say?
I don't want to miss it!!!

Another Clemens fan here since 1984!!!
I miss him!!!

They aren't sure. Sometime after the new year and probably not on ESPN but maybe Fox Sports. That is all the info they gave. I do not like Clemens at all but he was very professional and gave a great interview. He was friendly and looks a whole lot nice in person than on the field.

He is a great person off the field!!!!! If you ever get to meet his wife Debie she is such a wonderful person! She Loves talking with the fans !

Whenon the field he has a one tract mind and tries to zone every thing else out!

How exciting, though, to meet a celebrity.

Did "the Rocket" charge for the pictures and autographs? NOT a Clemens fan here....

Glad your ds had such a good time though!

No charges. I think he was under contract with ESPN and it was all part of contract. We took our own pictures they were not selling them.

Gary Carter is my all time favorite baseball player and of course we didn't go for him! Two Yankee fans out numbered the one Mets fan. We really had fun on our entire trip and meeting Clemens and Puck were just icing on the cake.

He was VERY nice....

Spoke with him for maybe 15-20 minutes, as my friend and he go way back... so lots of talk of family and such.

He is entertaining "Coaching", and has already talked with a couple of teams off the record. He is also very funny!

Glad that you did have such a great time on your trip!!!

:) :) :)
