I purchased a DVC/BOARDWAlk/AUGUS/200 pt contract
$78 per point,$2.50 per point in closing costs and $4.26 per point for 2005 annual due reimbusement
I received all 200/2004 pts banked into the 2004 USE year
and all 200/2005 pts .

do you think I will beat ROFR and
why or why not??

Your best bet is to read thru this thread and decide for yourself.

There has been not rhyme or reason to what Disney is doing regarding ROFR.

KANSAS...you will pass...you have been a member for a long time, and I REALLY think that does "weigh in" to how DVC handles ROFR. I would be VERY shocked if you did not get that one.

fwiw...

We just passed rofr with a similar contract, 160 pts, at $80 pp, including all the pts for 04 & 05.

Our agent at the Timeshare Store told us Disney is snapping up a lot of the Boardwalk contracts in the 75-78 range...so, in that regard, you are on the bubble.

Ultimately, there doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason for why some people pass rofr and others don't. Is it price? Use year? Somebody having a good day at the office and feeling generous? Who knows.
