We are buying at OKW through Jerry, our ROFR came through in about a week---I was amazed, so maybe we'll get to come home sooner if all closes by mid August. Hooray, the grandkids will love it too! (that's 6 grand daughters and 1 grand son)

Ours came thru today too and only took 8 days!!! Jerry must have the special touch. We can't wait until its all done and we can make our reservations! Maybe we wiull see you at HOME!

Congratulations! Glad to hear that some folks are passing ROFR -- there have been several posts today from people who did not! We're waiting to hear on a VWL contract ourselves -- certainly would be disappointing to hear that Disney exercised ROFR!

It seems if ROFR is accepted it is quite quick and if it is not it takes a bit longer for them to let you know. Congrats on getting yours hopefully some others get theirs to
