Has anyone gotten VWL for under $70 in the recent past? Even $70 seems like a steal but if less works, why not.

There was one posted in late January that made it through ROFR @ $69.00. All the points for '04 were intact as well as a few banked from '03. Buyer paid closing costs and '04 maint. fees.
