What happens to the contract disney exercise rofr on, do the sell the through the normal dvc channels, or put them back through agents such as the timeshare store.
If they sell them off them selves are they inflated prices at a similar cost to buying direct?

If Disney exercises its Right of First Refusal, they purchase the points back at the agreed resale price and add them to their inventory to sell at current prices, prices vary by resort with newer resorts around $165 and older resorts at $130 per point.

I've just been sent a list from dvc of what's available,
BLT $165
BCV $135
AKL 135
There's just about every resort on there, okw are 105, as are Vera beach, magic kingdom area resorts 165, most others 135

Disney keeps a list of folks who are waiting to buy certain contracts. So if they have some one who wants a 50 point BCV with UY of Feb and one happens to come through ROFL then Disney will buy the contract. Chances are they will sell that contact to the waitlist person for more than the original contact sold for and Disney makes more money.
