Addonitis hit me again this past weekend!


I went ahead and offered $80/point on a 60 point VWL contract. Seller was asking for $83 but accepted my offer. What are the chances that this contract price will pass ROFR?

I PROMISE this will be the last add-on!!!!

What does your Broker say? They deal with ROFR several times a day and would be the best source of information.

I had a VWL contract pass at $74 a point, with the seller paying 3/4 of the maintenance dues a few months ago.
