I wish I could’ve had you make some resale offers for me but in all seriousness @KeyRose I would rescind that too. I didn’t really want to say anything because I try not to bash on people’s deals on here but you can get SSR for a lot less or at the very least not stripped and get the next couple years of points included in that contract for the same price. More than likely can get points and the price cheaper for less. That contract you got should be going in the 80s or less. Sorry

@KeyRose as per other comments above, have a look on www.dvcrofr.com

If you search that same use year and resort you will see loaded contracts with double points for 23. I happen to know that at least one of the sellers will accept much less than your offer with Seller paying MFs.

Save yourself a few thousand! Pm me is you need more specifics!

From what I can tell it looks like it is one of those $0 down contracts assuming it’s the one I am looking at. It actually has 3 points in 2023.

You might be surprised but there are more SSR deeds priced at over $100 than under when you search the Orange County records.

Several yesterday were $109 or higher.

$109 wouldn’t be a terrible price if the contract had ‘23 or ‘24 points but we can’t see that from the recorded deeds unfortunately

It's more than I am willing to pay. I think the refurb has done wonders for SSR resale prices.
