Well, this looks like a great test to see if DVD is going to try to shore up PVB pricing ahead of the new tower launch. Awesome deal, and as someone who plans to buy PVB resale if I can get it under $120, I wish you all of the luck that the ROFR monster remains asleep.

Waiting for ROFR gets a lot easier as you get more points…. Becomes less of a I need this and an I shouldn’t but okay I give in.

Just FYI - in the ROFR July/Aug/Sept thread - under AKL "passed", this AUL resort is misfiled into the AKL group ... I only noticed 'cause $77 is an amazing deal for either AUL or AKL - but should probably be corrected to its proper grouping
