That’s amazing. They took thi exact same contract from me months ago so glad they are letting resale be resale again. Feeling optimistic my international purchase might clear now

I agree. After filling a backlog of current owners wanting to add on, it would be easy for Disney to say to prospective West Coast buyers “Do you want VGC at $310pp or VDH at $210pp?”

I always feel we must be "missing something" as to why they don't ROFR and resell when they obviously have standing requests for some resorts. Sure seems like that is easy money they leave on the table. Would DVD have to allocate that profit back to reducing the MFs, so it's simply not a big motivator?

No, they don’t have to reallocate back to MFs. I just think when they have enough points to sell elsewhere they don’t need to chase such small numbers of profit.
