June UY was really important here for us and we had a future booking time crunch so we probably overpaid for this one as a result. But the total price is likely less than if we had paid for a rental reservation in 14 months and bought later.

I agree, and you’re not paying MF on any of those points. It’s effectively a $20-40 discount, depending on how you use/value them.

First contract of my own after a BWV direct deed transfer from parents that I'm sharing with a sibling. I wanted more points and a home resort near MK. I had narrowed down my wish list to BLT, CCV, and SSR. This is a different use year than the BWV so we'll see how that goes. Hopefully this holds us over for a while. My kids are 5, 3, and 3 mo and we live out of state. Thanks to the community for helpful discussion for this newbie!

This one is kind of shocking the price is not that low. Wonder if they are going to put AKV on sale again soon or if the are just punishing you for your VGF you tried to buy

Anyone ever purchase a resale from UK seller? I understand it may take a little longer but anything other than that from the buyers side?
