It seems not only has the ROFR lady slowed down, the number of ROFR submissions has decreased as well. Maybe this economy thing is a treatment for addonitis.

ETA: Not a cure... just a treatment. I believe there is no known cure at this time.

It is not a 2057 extended contract. I think those typically show up here as OKW(E) if memory serves me correctly. This is a 2042 expiration contract.

So just a thought or observation but has anyone tracked what Disney is buying back by just calling and checking. I called because I have one I am interested in selling but they are not buying back that right now. But he said they are buying back Animal Kingdom. I also have an AK contract that i am not interested in selling. So my thought is the one they are not buying back would also then probably not get ROFRed right now. I think you have to own a contract for them to tell you but I thought that was interesting.

Just a point of information, it doesn’t expire 10/2057, they all expire on January 31. Your last points for October UY are 10/2056. We don’t know what that will ultimately look like at the end (especially with those with December UY) but just wanted to clarify.
