Hoping to post a new string later today—I was between CCV and poly so we put in a bid on a poly contract. A little smaller than we wanted but we were hoping to start small. Debating going back for the sister contract (we’d like to buy direct poly if we add on) but 170 might be too much to start especially with loaded contracts.

I'm normally pretty patient, but it has been over 3 weeks and now I'm checking my email every 15 minutes.

We are now 22 days since it was sent and I am anxious. I assume it's going to be taken because it was $108 for 200 points at SSR, but I would love to know so I can start my search over.

I think you might have a chance? If I’m calculating it correctly and assume 2023 dues are included in your closing cost, your price per point is $176 which does brings it closer to what the ROFR lady is letting it slide. I keep a watch out on all BLT because the minute ROFR stops her bloodbath I might have to jump in again! Good luck!

Just browsed the Sep22 ROFR data, looks like DVC still buying back: AKL, BLT, CC

Not much support for SSR & OKW as prices are free falling, but I have to think they will be back supporting it soon. Given the fact that SSR doesn't expire until 2054 and they resell the OKWs as 2057. All other resorts I didn't mention should be mostly passing here in Q4.

Day 25 here. Feeling the same. I have been checking here and there, but haven't even seen anything that fits our vacation plans as well as our current offer. Still hoping it goes through.

Second this....I grabbed 50 as a every other or every 3 year vacation option...debating if I should eventually look at adding another 50 via the secondary market or take the dive direct for a bit more freedom. Issue is I don't want to be stuck with a gluttony of points that I cannot unload with relative ease/without too much loss.
