I’m interested to see how this round of incentives affects ROFR. Not that I could convince my husband to buy again right now, but I am keeping track of things!
We are at BWV now and really love it, the new rooms are really nice IMO.
I was also able to book a 2 BR @ CCV for 3 nights in December with our SSR, pointe, so excited to try that during the holiday. We did one night in a BRV studio a couple of weeks ago and weren’t super impressed with the room, but love WL as a resort. But if I’m able to get CCV within 7 months for a few nights in Dec each year i may just buy more SAP.
What will probably do us in is when we finally cave and rent RIV. I have a feeling we will love those rooms.

I love this. Yes WL at Christmas is amazing, it will be our first time staying and first in a 2 BR.
You will absolutely love the fort, we have an RV so never stayed in a cabin, but holidays there are something you have to experience to understand why so many people are obsessed. Make sure you rent a golf cart, and join the FB fort scavenger hunt page. If you like Christmas there you definitely have to do Halloween one year, it’s our favorite.
100% agree on the contract comment, we’ve not decided yet if we’ll get 3 small CCV or just do more SAP.

Honestly, seems like a really good deal; am I missing something about BLT? with the duration and low dues seems like almost too good to be true; even if planning to rent out these points often. I like the grand and Polynesian better, but not sure if the 50% more expensive points is justified.

You are not missing anything. That's a great deal! BLT prices have been freefalling this year. Hopefully the refurb will be amazing

I actually wonder if that is the Fidelity standard refusal as it sounds almost word for word what I got back from them…my favorite being the “We decline.” at the end. Ok.
