Same! Mine was sent 7/31 - I'm hopeful something will come through this week but I think next week is more likely.

Got great news today that we passed for Bay Lake Tower. We've stayed at the Contemporary, but never BLT. Now we can with an 11-month window ... after the refurb.

I’m sure it’s possible VGC is on a different schedule than the rest.

I’m hoping you’re right! I’m thinking positive!
I know it’s a very small contract but it works perfect for my family. We just had a baby and plan to go every other year and my husband can’t do a whole week at Disney apparently (although once he experiences being DVC and staying deluxe he might change his mind)

And who knows, he actually just asked me if we can buy more points down the road lol

Fixed that for you. It's inevitable. Then since he's already open to add-on-itis, you'll be scouring the sites for another contract (or several more). Every other year turns into every year then twice a year.

I offered on my second contract before my first closed. lol. So….yeah. Pretty sure I am done for now unless I sell something off and buy something different. Succession planning. But that is likely many years down the line for us. Unless something crazy perfect comes up.

I love it! 20 years ago I was introduced to DVC from a boyfriends family (old key west too…wonder if I’ll run into him or his family lol) and I fell in love with Disney. I’ve been probably 10-12 times since then but stayed value or moderate.
I talked my husband into going this past march for our babymoon and we stayed at POR and he enjoyed it (but not 100% into Disney like me…yet).
I just happened to be looking for fun on the dvc resale market and this listing came up and I recently inherited a pretty nice chump of change so I was like, YOLO. Lol
I’ve been talking about wanting to be a DVC member for years but thought it was so out of my reach but for less than 4k I decided it was a sign from above.
