I don't think that would be the case because at that point the contract is dissolved right? When Disney ROFRs points, they don't have to sell them back as the same number of points and the sub dues only transfers when the contract originated before whatever date that was in 2011 (?). Regardless it's pretty much a moot point since Disney will probably never ROFR these.I was wondering if maybe the whole Aulani debacle made so they would have to resell it as a subsidized contract which I wouldn’t think they could do.
Oh yeah I agree, the points would practically have to be for free at like VB price point levels I think in order for them to even consider it.I don’t think they’d want the additional Aulani points to sell, at any price. Maybe I’m mistaken but I don’t get the impression that Aulani is sold out year round, so any points they have pose a haircut.
