I relate to this 100%. This is why I bought BLT and am still considering a BCV contract despite convincing myself mathematically I'm better off renting.I wanted the "forced commitment" so my wife and I made taking vacations a priority.
I added my daughter as one owner because she never passes up taking vacations.
Lol this took about 20 minutes. You plug in the numbers and Excel does the work. You have too much time on your hands
Congrats! I was thinking about going for this one too.We passed… like everyone else

There is effort in finding a rental, which is worth something. Way back when I bought my first timeshare, it was motivated in part by the pain of combing through VRBO listings to find something.still considering a BCV contract despite convincing myself mathematically I'm better off renting.
Haha, no harm in both of us sounding the alarmHaha you beat me to it by a few seconds![]()
You could also do this by e.g. looking at Wayback Machine archives of dvcrequest or others.
Sometimes the monkey has had more to drink than usual.Oddly enough because DVC is in active sales at VGF and normally don’t buy those back.

I don't think it means anything. Prices are always a matter of agreement between willing buyers and sellers. ROFR influences that, but only at the margins.it could mean that the current prices is a thing of the past.

You called that one! (See you over on the "Closing Time Thread")I'd bet yours is coming today and then you can join me in the "waiting for documents" camp.
Not a first but AFAIK has happened only once before, with Aulani.I actually think this is a first.
Hard to conclude anything on 3 contracts but if it continues then it could mean that the current prices is a thing of the past.
