Seems like a few ROFRs have been turned around pretty quickly recently. Not sure why but I hope it keeps up.

Wish I could say the same. Saturday will be 30 days since my SSR contract was submitted on 8/18. Quite a few similar that were submitted after mine have long since passed......

That's rotten! I'm not nearly as far into the process as you are (15 days), but it's already frustrating me seeing contacts pass that were submitted after mine. I'm happy for the buyers, but agitated at the mystery of it all. Logic would state that they should be addressed in the order submitted, and that's clearly not the case. Good luck! I hope you get Good news before Saturday.

Yeah, wasn't worth the risk. Maybe can get a little discount but you are not sure what you are getting. BLT was going $95 on foreclosure and this is $103 given seller pays MFs so happy to pay 10% more for clean title and getting what you want.
