not to burst your bubble...but passing ROFR is just the first step. Estoppel is another 3-10 days...then you have to wait for closing documents...then you have to wait for the deed to get recorded...and then you wait equally long for Disney to open your account...and then another few days for the packet to arrive. It is definitely an exercise in patience.

No bubble has been burst.. I get how it works and realize this is just the first step. we aren't waiting to book anything so when they come they come but once rofr is waived then it's essentially ours just a matter of paperwork which is fine by me!

Good thing that you're not waiting to book anything, b/c it definitely makes the waiting harder.

I'm in the final day or two (waiting on the package to arrive)...and it's killing me! Our contract came with an extra 46 points that expire 11/30/16 so the wife and I were going to try and check out F&W -- but I'm afraid that every studio will be booked already.

That would definitely make it worse! When we got the accepted offer we also booked a trip trying to ease the impatience that comes when you are waiting for something exciting
