I finally passed. I can't believe it. I am smiling. Disney take my money.
Now for estoppel and closing.
Won't truly celebrate until this contract closes and the deed is recorded. Only then I will know it is ad done deal.

Available points in the contract don't yield that much more on price. I'd list it now if that's ultimately your plan.

Agreed, just list it now or actually closer to the fall as prices get a bit more in favour of the sellers by then (traditionally speaking ).
