#1 Just to make sure that timeframes are accurate. Our offer was sent to Disney on 7/24... not 7/21.

#2 We passed ROFR!!! YAY!!! This is our first contract.

I am SO discouraged.. We have now gone through this process 3 TIMES..... and I figured the price was super on target.

We purchased two contracts from the same seller. I split the closing costs between the two contracts.

I would just send your broker a nice email checking in on the status of your contract and state that you have seen a lot of contracts passing ROFR in a couple of weeks on some internet forums.

The contract (our first) did not include point allotment for the various years.
And, thanks, I hope to hear soon, too. I didn't think I would be so anxious!

We are waiting on an AKL one right now and we are pretty anxious too! Kinda funny really. I did not think it would be a big deal to wait but we are getting sorta caught up in all of the emotion, and other people's stories, on these boards. It's fun too, but definitely anxiety provoking

Just found out our AKV did not pass. We are bummed. I guess $95 a point is not enough or there was a waiting list to fill for December use year.
