I'm also with Fidelity - haven't heard anything since it went to ROFR. I gave in and did email on Friday and the person covering for my agent said nothing was back yet. Trying not to be that person that emails all the time, but...

I emailed directly and they did have it, but the info on it wasn’t complete until a few days after my initial email, so I think it was just the right time.

I checked in with my broker yesterday (18 days since ROFR submission) and they hadn't heard anything. I hope we both get news soon!

Shawn was my agent. I believe she is still on vacation (as of yesterday). You may want to try another contact (I have 2 other agent's email if you need them) or check your CC statement to see if there is a credit.

I emailed her this morning, and she just replied back to me with good news - it passed! I'm surprised but happy - it was a relatively loaded contract, and a low price per point ($89 for BWV) so I had convinced myself DVD would take it.

Good luck to all of you waiting, and hope to see all of you soon on the closing time thread! My closing company is Timeshare Title - not sure why because it seems like others have First American Title, but hopefully they're efficient.
