I don’t think it is terrible, and I was convinced a 50 point BLT in my use year would never show up again after about 200+ days of waiting. And then 4 showed up. I’d buy the others too if I had a need! But 210 at BLT and 100 at BCV is all I need (and might sometimes be more than I need!).

Thanks! Pretty pumped about this one as we've had our eye out for awhile. Feels like it's been around 8-ish months (basically since whenever we got our RIV 50 pointer) since the last time I remember seeing a smaller point RIV contract in our use year.

Has anyone ever had any success in trying to offer slightly less with the board sponsors "red hot deals"? I know they say only full offers will be accepted but I always feel like putting in a "I really think this is still too high and if the seller really wants to sell it quickly how about this" offer but assume they wouldn't even give it a second look.

I went really under on a red hot and got a couple buck off the red hot in a counter.
