Don't feel bad, I've had an insane amount of issues getting things delivered to the Resorts, and even had Uber Drivers sorta fight me on the Resort address we were going to (thank heavens for the signage).
I also recently had challenges trying to send a Cancellation Notice to DVD at the street address they provide in their current documentation - two USPS employees showed me repeatedly that the address which DVD provides is not in their computer system.
They get emails fine, street addresses on Disney property seem challenging for them
